1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of enLookBook, including our website, account features, Pack browsing, content access, and downloads.
These Terms are between you and Ruhuy, Inc. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service, users, contributors, or rights holders.
3. Content access and downloads
Adding a free Pack to your library gives your account access to view and download the designated content through enLookBook. Access does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights.
Unless enLookBook provides a separate express written agreement for specific content, enLookBook does not grant or represent that you receive any copyright license, trademark permission, publicity or privacy right, model or property release, or other authorization for any use, commercial or otherwise.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful and for obtaining all permissions, releases, and other rights required for that use. Unlocking content does not by itself authorize any particular use.
You may not bypass access controls, sell or share account credentials or temporary download links, automate scraping or bulk extraction, or use the service and its download workflow to assemble or operate a competing content library.
4. Content on enLookBook
Packs and visual content are published by enLookBook or approved contributors. Ordinary account holders cannot submit, upload, or publish Packs through the service.
Partner publishing permissions, content rights, releases, and related responsibilities are handled through separate partner agreements or publishing arrangements.
We may remove, restrict, or block content if we believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates legal risk, or is otherwise harmful to the service. Rights concerns can be sent to support@enlookbook.com with enough information for us to identify the content and review the request.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use enLookBook to access, request, promote, distribute, or attempt to obtain illegal content, non-consensual intimate content, exploitative content, content involving minors, hateful or harassing material, malware, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights.
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer private systems, abuse APIs, automate scraping, or use the service in a way that harms users, creators, or infrastructure.
6. Intellectual property
enLookBook, the site design, software, branding, and service features are owned by Ruhuy, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your account receives only the service access described in these Terms. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
7. Service availability and changes
We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue any part of enLookBook at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature, Pack, contributor, or download will remain available indefinitely.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply when posted unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
8. Termination
You may stop using enLookBook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or operational risk, or used the service abusively.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, content access conditions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
enLookBook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free service.
We do not guarantee that pack content, contributor-provided content, or service information is accurate, lawful, available, or suitable for your intended use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruhuy, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or service interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
